ETIMEX Flexible Films
ETIMEX produces cast polypropylene monolayer and multilayer films from 25 to 300 µm with state of the art chill roll extrusion lines. CPP films for different applications will be designed by modification of the PP resins with additives, e.g. colours, filling materials, slip and anti slip agents or UV absorber.
The majority of formulations do comply with food contact regulations and pharmaceutical requirements. Special surface treatments are available, e.g. corona treatment, embossing or matt finish.
VISTALUX® laminating films
are heat sealable films used for packaging with high demands, e.g. for sealing strength or for retort applications. Sealable film/PP or film/film.
The peelable VISTALID® films and VISTAPEEL® films
provide safe closure with easy opening. Sealable film/PP or film/film. Some formulations of peelable films for lidding applications withstand the sterilization of the finished product. Standard use of the peelable films is in laminated structures, but we also provide filled material for die cutting. All films comply with food contact regulations.
TECHNICAL FILMS
ETIMEX produces cast films not only based on PP but also based on technical thermoplastic resins. These special films are developed in close partnership with customers.
